TRAINING FAQ’s
What documents do I need AFTER training?
Once you have your business name, you will have to apply for a DBA (doing business as).
Once you have your DBA you will need to file for insurance. (I can provide you with information on who to go through)
Will I be covered under your insurance when I am working on my model during training?
YES. My insurance will cover you 100% during all days of training incase anything were to go wrong (unlikely).
Will my certification expire?
No, your certification will never expire.
Do you need to have a license to preform PMU?
No. As of right now, the NYS Department of Health has not mandated a License in addition to a certification for PMU in Monroe county. HOWEVER, those guidelines depend on your specific state/county/region. Chances are, IF guidlines are changed in the future, if you are already certified, you will be grandfathered in.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit/Debit (3.5% convenience fee) or Apple Pay
Do you provide payment plans for training courses?
Unfortunately I do not. However, I am willing to set up manual installment plans with you by sending you invoices however works best for you leading up to the course date.
